I had been dealing with trying to remove my deceased husband off the registration since April. I finally reached someone who knew exactly what I needed to do. Gave me the proper forms and requested title from my financial company. Mauveca was a great help. She was polite, knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. I hope I get her everytime I have business in the tax assessor’s office. Well done!!!

Trips to the DMV aren’t always the most enjoyable, however, when you have a nice person helping you it makes the world of difference. Hailey was the customer service personnel that helped get our vehicles registered. She was very kind and extremely patient as sorted through and completed needed paperwork! She was a great person to work with. The DMV was very clean as well! Great start to moving to Texas!
