This office was efficient and explained efficiently everything we needed. Caring and kindness and efficiency go alongvway
Very slow and unprofessional. Hardly any seating, they have these antique pew benches that's uncomfortable and if they're full you have to stand. Wouldn't come back to this loaction.
Fast enough service, but the some of the clerks are very rude and intolerant of people whose first language isn’t English. These people are trying to follow the law - especially with the current political climate - why make it harder on them than you need to? Today, Ashley at station 1 was quite rude and pedantic towards a Latino man today while he was trying to understand her admittedly confusing instructions.
