Waited an hour to pay property taxes, while watching people arrive get served and leave. This should have been a fairly simple transaction. Disapointing
Staff is friendly and fast. Just make sure you research what forms you need to have ahead of time and the process is smooth.
I was hesitant after reading the bad reviews. But had no choice to come here as I live in Lewisville. I had an appt today a Thursday at 10:30am. I came in to renew my registration. I was in and out with my appt in less than 20 min. Carol helped me. I had a great experience. I even walked to my car to look for my registration and was called. When i came in I asked if my number was called and a different teller said she put me back in the Cue. Both staff members were great today.
