Dr Polly was very compassionate and kind. I appreciate her bedside manner and the staff taking such great care of my girl.
Dr. Savage was the best doctor I have ever seen, I wish there were primary care vets like her. She is obviously incredibly knowledgable but is still able to communicate that knowledge in an understandable way unlike a lot of vets. The entire staff were all so caring.
Anyone that complains about this place is out of their minds we have nothing but good things to say they are kind and attentive have kept us in the loop with our pup thru her stay we had an emergency situation and they did not turn us away because of payment issues they have worked with us so our baby can get the care she needs the doc calls us and follows up every day and they even gave us a. The team always takes great care of our babies. I really appreciated the courtesy of letting us wait at home and not at the office. We fully understand the need of taking the most critical which can add to wait times. Also when you are the parent and stressed it is nice to wait in your own surroundings.
Staff is great, facility clean and the Vet was great too!! The friendliness and keeping us in the loop were so important when we were so worried about our dachshund. Much more affordable than we had anticipated
