The staff was very kind and took the time to help explain everything happening with my dog and to answer all of my questions. The warmth of staff meant a lot during a very difficult time.
Hope is fine no hiccups I'm sure she can't wait to visit again. Hope says 10 out of 10 highly recommend. That the dog wasn't traumatized
Staff is so sweet! My dog passed early january of 2026 and I chose to have her cremated. She was a small dog so cremation was about $200, I also chose to get nose and paw prints for an extra $20. They were very compassionate which was important to me as I was dealing with the shock of grief. They called me to let me know her remains were ready for pickup about 2 weeks later and again very sweet. I’m happy with the front desk customer support and services at this location. This company will not let you leave until they can take your money. It's ridiculous how much they charge with no solution for your pets. They are money hungry and do not care about anything else. Please avoid at all cost.
