If you really take a good hard look at all the new developments in and around San Antonio, Denton seems to have it together, especially in the way their neighborhoods are planned. Many of the other neighborhoods I've looked at are so generic in the way the streets are laid out and the lack of personality. I think Denton's approach to designing quality communities is very high caliber and unique. They study the topography and take advantage of what nature provided for the best views, the way the streets wind...all the way dow... read more
I was driving down Wurzbach Parkway last week near Heroes Stadium and Morgan’s Wonderland and noticed the old Longhorn Quarry. When I found out that Denton Communities was redeveloping it, I got excited knowing they did the Quarry Market at Basse and 281 many years ago. I love to see reuse of old abandoned structures and I’m sure Denton will do a good job with this project…if it’s anything like the Quarry Market. Thanks, Denton, for preserving some of San Antonio’s history!

I've visited several of Denton communities over the years and find them to be absolutely beautiful. Most recently I've visited Shavano Highlands and Setterfeld Estates and I'm very impressed with Denton's attention to detail. These neighborhoods really stand out! Now I understand why the neighborhoods they developed many years ago still look good and well established. The grounds are immaculate and the developments themselves are spectacular. I'm ready to move to one of these neighborhoods!
