Very happy with the Touran we bought from the Otley branch in February. I felt unpressurised and supported throughout the transaction by Paul, and reassured by the 3 month unconditional offer to fix anything that went wrong post purchase, a promise we made use of with a very minor problem. Our car is top notch, and seeing the other cars on offer it was clear that Denton are very selective in what they offer for sale. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again
Recently bought a car from this garage and they are top quality. Really clean car at a good price, and Paul was better than you could of asked for. Offered to replace some tyres on the car before i even asked and gave me a good rate on my car that I was part exchanging. Would definitely be back and would highly recommend.
This guy initially comes across as a really genuine nice person. Don't be fooled, he's nothing but a rip off merchant. Promised me faithfully he was going to repair my car once I had bought it but just didn't answer the phone. I never ever leave reviews but feel this company needs exposing for the crooks they are. On the few occasions they did answer the phone, it was only when I called from a different number, he said he was on holiday and would get hack to me. James at Denton Cars makes buying a used car so easy. Just bought a VW Tiguan, 18 plate but it looks brand new. Traded in my Range Rover and received a good trade in price. Myself & family have bought many cars from Denton cars Otley/Skipton. The service we receive is second to none. The after service is excellent too, I always have my cars serviced and MOT at this garage I can't rate it enough. I will be recommending this garage to other friends and family.
