I have been coming here for 10 years and Dr Kwok and his staff are the best. Absolutely love their service and work. Highly recommend them.
I recently visited this clinic for a dental check-up and X-rays. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I felt like the dentist wasn't interested in listening to my concerns or what I wanted to achieve with my tooth. Instead of discussing my options and involving me in the decision-making, I felt rushed and unheard. Good dental care is not only about treatment but also about listening to patients and explaining the available options. I hope the clinic improves its communication and patient care in the future.
