I recently visited this clinic for a dental check-up and X-rays. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I felt like the dentist wasn't interested in listening to my concerns or what I wanted to achieve with my tooth. Instead of discussing my options and involving me in the decision-making, I felt rushed and unheard. Good dental care is not only about treatment but also about listening to patients and explaining the available options. I hope the clinic improves its communication and patient care in the future.
Have been here ever since I was a child and with my siblings. Always great and attentive service. They've always been flexible and understanding with my bookings
