Great practice with helpful staff. Always pleased with their service.
Needed 2 teeth extracted, incisors. I'm in great pain and can't eat. Suggested by friend because reasonably priced. Drove from central coast 1.5hr drive 1 way. Got there 9:30am. Booked appointment 12:45pm. Got back there at 12:30. About an hour after I was there a man walked in with his son, hadn't booked. At 2:44 his son was asked to come in, I don't know maybe because I wasn't Asian. Walked out will never go back🤬
Dr Carmen Chung is great; always very kind and understanding, and patient. The reception girls are lovely but seem a bit disorganised. One seems to never understand what I'm saying when booking appointments....
