I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dently. I had been having significant sensitivity in one of my teeth for months. As a result, I had a consultation with Dr. Patel, who was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also responsive and patient. She discovered that I had cracked the tooth, and after walking me through the options and answering all my questions, eventually ended up placing a crown. Needed emergency care and Dently provided it. Cracked a tooth at 3:30pm on a Friday and knew it would be difficult to find an office nearby to see me. They were closing soon but they stayed late to squeeze me in and did whatever they could to glue my cracked tooth back together temporarily until I could see the oral surgeon on Monday. They saved me from agonizing pain. Excellent treatment!
I had a preventative visit here a year ago. The cleaning itself was fine, but they wanted to fill a cavity that my prior dentist had been watching for 5 years. I have since gone to a new dentist who also didn't think the cavity needed attention. Dently was also unresponsive in my two requests to release my x-rays to my new provider.
