Worst experience ever (and I'm old)! Never the same office employees when you go in, that tells you something. DO NOT go to this office until Ruth, new Office Manager, no longer works at the office. Greeting as soon as she entered my exam room (before ANY WORK was done) was to collect payment. I said usually pay after work is done, she said "you can pay or leave NOW". My experience at DENTISTS ON GROVE AVENUE in Richmond VA was optimal, from beginning to end. I retired to Portugal and was visiting my family in Richmond, as I do each April. I scheduled an appointment with this dental office based on a recommendation as I was having aches and sensitivity in my right lower molars and needed a cleaning.
