Dr. Bergren was EXCELLENT! She is kind, fun and very down to earth. I had a dental emergency and she talked me through every step of the way. She was very considerate of my pain and always stopped to ask if we needed to do more to manage it. Selina, at the front desk was compassionate and informed of every payment option possible as I did not have dental insurance at the time. Dentists of West St. Paul went above and beyond to make me feel at ease getting my dental health back on track. Everything was very clean, they explained each step clearly, and the pain was minimal for how long it had been since my last cleaning. I have not been to the dentist in years due to life and anxiety regarding pain from other dentists.
