Complicated logistics. The administrative part seems disconnected from the medical side. First time there was not a pleasant experience, and I had to cut my visit short due to repetitive procedures and unanticipated red tape. Dentist and X-ray person were nice. Although the x ray person made a judgmental comment on the way I breathed on my way out. Everything felt strange to me. Hopefully next time is better.

Okay so my whole life I've always had dental problems, I know it is my fault, but anyway so I've always had work done and being at the dentist always gave me a lot of anxiety. The dentist I went for probably almost 10 years or more , I always felt they judged me, it was always felt very rough when they did work. Dental service is amazing with dentist that cares. Clean offices. Administrative flow can be improved to reduce wait time at check in or in between.
