Love the hygienist. Love the dentists. I hate the booking system through the website. Twice I canceled appointments on their website system, and twice I was reminded the day of the appointment to show up. One of them was marked as a no-show. Why do you have an online option to cancel if no one records that information? The system they are using clearly has some flaws. My husband called to cancel his appointment and was told he didn't have one. Sorry to say we are finding a new dental office after that last straw.
Dr. Gutierrez and Adrian were very accommodating and kind, also very attentive. The front office staff are always so friendly as well! I always have good experiences at this dentist office!
This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist's office. Everybody was so kind and considerate. They actually listen to my needs and help me understand the procedures that they were offering me. It was over the top service.
