Be careful because I went there and had a root canal on my tooth that was not hurting at the time but during the procedure he poked a hole into my sinuses and I had bloody fluid coming out of my nose for weeks. I have had pain in that tooth since but I’m terrified to go to the dentist now but I am now forced to trust another Dentist because well we all need dental care .. and my root canal shouldn’t be bothering me after a year and a half !
Scheduled an appointment through my insurance provider search on 3/10/25 for the 24th. The dentists office called me on the 20th to say that the Dr I was seeing was not credentialed with my insurance. They had no availability with the Dr that was until the 25th, but like most people that work, I can’t change my schedule to work a full day on the 24th and take my early day off on the 25th with less than a weeks notice. This practice is a complete fraud. On May 24, they charged me $4,040 for my wife’s emergency procedure, despite the fact that I already had dental insurance with United Healthcare. After months of contacting the Missouri Attorney General and the state insurance organization regarding payment for my wife’s operation, I discovered that the insurance company had been sending checks directly to the dental office instead of me. I’m so grateful for the dentist at this office. I highly recommend all of the dentist here but specifically Ashutosh. He is very thorough! He explains things in a way that you will understand and improve your teeth health. Me and my son have found our dentist!
