I was scared to come in to the dentist but Taylor made me feel comfortable and took good care of me. She was very kind and gave me donuts. Tamara helped me with my questions about life and career options, she’s very kind! 10/10
Today, I encountered significant issues during my visit to the office. There seemed to be a lack of organization among the staff, as I waited for 40 minutes to receive pricing information for my treatment. I learned that the manager was in a meeting during this time. When I finally received the pricing, I was not given any explanation by Dr. Cao until I specifically requested to speak with him. I was overcharged early 2024. I received an email February 2024 the overcharged $250 and credited to a defunct HSA account. They should have credited me back when they realized it was an overcharge not 9 months later.
Taylor and Mckenzie were really nice and made my visit welcoming. I especially appreciated Gity the hygienist. She is the first dental provider i’ve ever had to explain procedures to me and teach me how to do things the proper way. Shout out those 3 fr.
