The worst dentist office I've ever been affiliated with. All the dentist are on contract so you pay an evaluation fee in order to get the work done. I had a flood in my home. I called to cancel 48hrs in advance so I wasn't able to make the appointment. They require 72 hrs to cancel. I had no way of knowing I was going to have a flood in my home. They charged me a $100 and called it a no show fee. The dentist that did my root canal, I paid $289 evaluation fee , to see him. The root canal failed. They ordered 2 crowns however,... read more
You advertise for $59 x-rays cleaning of your teeth and I called and they said also fluoride. When I go there because they never sent me anything to fill out on the phone I had to fill out your paperwork then see the doctor for 10 minutes then he tried to upsell me on everything about my mouth and my teeth for $9,000. I know I will not be back I was wanting to get a doctor down here in Florida because I'm here 7 months a year. But I think I will stay with my doctor back in Indiana.

would recommend Dr. Krupa and dental assistant Karla from Dentist of Mitchell Ranch as they did a fantastic job on my crown and filling. I have always had difficulty with the anesthesia getting me numb and keeping me numb. Dr. Krupa has experience with patients with the mutated MTHFR gene for the first time ever I only had to have one shot instead of 4 to 6 which made the experience much easier.
