I was nervous coming in for my appointment, but Wanda at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming. Jessica Hygienist and Kathryn Dentist were very kind and thoroughly explained their process and the treatment required. Wanda was super helpful with explaining costs, insurance, and financing. Overall, I had a great experience at this location!
Had work done before and now needed more work done. I made appointment over the phone was on hold for 30mins then was hung up on two times and showed up for it the next day. But the online check in wasn't working so they chose not to see me because of the online check in. Sad they turn money away just because of that. Front desk receptionist was super quick to cancel the appointment instead of actually helping the business.Had to look for another dentist because of this.
Dr Chen is attentive and very knowledgeable, Kesley does an excellent job with the cleaning being thorough yet gentle on the gums and teeth, and Wanda is a Rockstar at the front desk!
