I have had a fantastic experience with Lily Chen and the office staff here. They offer preventative screenings/education and discussing billing and signing up for a new patient appointment was a breeze. I appreciate the use of technology in being able to upload my insurance information and manage billing. Lily is especially warm, she and her staff have great chair-side manner. I recommend this office!
I can't imagine I'm saying this, but I enjoy going in to have my dental work done at Dentists of Mesa. Today Dr Chen and her tech Drew were a cohesive team that took care of several issues I had. They made me feel at ease because they knew what they were doing every step of the way! This is my dental office of choice :)
