Today, I completed a full root canal and crown tooth replacement. I was pretty nervous headed into the office and the staff did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable as they executed the process. I had zero pain through the entire experience and everyone from the reception to the doctors and doctors’s assistance were wonderful. Thank you all
There are always long wait times. Might as well go another dentist that can finish the appointment in a fraction of the time it takes them.
1 star review after two visits, and this is all because they can't seem to operate on a timely manner. On my first visit, which was for checkup and cleaning, my appointment was scheduled at 8am, which is when they open. They didn't have anyone show up to the front desk until 8:20, then they finally walked me in at 8:35, 35 minutes after the supposed scheduled time. Then, it took a full hour to get my teeth cleaned by the hygienist and checked up by Dr Trupi, which 45 minutes of that was waiting on the treatment chair and no ... read more
Very clean and professional environment! Amazing patient care from Dr. Trupti, Katie and Janette and I appreciate how they educated me throughout the process! Highly recommended!
