Great experience! The staff is friendly, the office is super clean, and the care I received was top-notch. I felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a root canal done at this clinic that turned into an absolute nightmare. What was supposed to be a procedure to fix an issue led to a life-threatening infection. The last few times I went there for check ups and cleanings after the root canal was done, I kept reporting discomfort in the same tooth—and I was continuously dismissed with the ridiculous excuse that “it’s normal to feel pain after a root canal.” That is not true, any competent dental professional should know that. I had gotten my Wisdom teeth taken out on Tuesday the 10th of June after they had rescheduled my appointment 3 times a week before. The care was good and the surgery was quick, HOWEVER, they did not have a nurse to do the IV for me, and the lady who did it (very nice and obviously sorry) tried 2 times to enter an uncooperative vein and then on the third try after making it very painful, and something getting caught on the IV causing lots of bleeding onto the floor and my arm. The entire team was amazing!! Dr Corso and the assistants Yuri & Jamie were so informative and comforting. I ended up having a lot of dental work done in one visit (5 hours) but I always felt like they cared how I was feeling, were efficient, and made sure to tell me what was happening and why. Sam, the office manager, was very friendly and gave me guidance on payments! It’s clear she runs a great team. Thank you so much to the entire team at Dentists at Hudson Oaks!
