Typically, I don't have any problems and understand that wait times do happen.. Although today I had sat for 45 minutes past my appointment , until I finally requested an update just to be told " our endodonist is here and some people who came in this morning found out they needed root canals" ... so you're telling me those people got PUSHED AHEAD of us who have had these appts scheduled for months and took time off work?! I've had a root canal with yall, and this was never an option and shouldn't be an option to rush people... read more
2/5/2025 Veronica Pena terrible bedside manners. Pull chair all the way bk without notice. No communication of she was doing. Kept touching my face moving it Instead of asking me to move my face left or right. Introduce herself in the middle of cleaning my teeth. She definitely needs to work on her people skills & customers service.
I had an emergency root canal situation. Dr. Lane was kind, quick, and precise with his work. Dr. Sam was professional and so supportive during the procedure. All the ladies I met were kind and so willing to help in anyway. I would say they are the best dental office I have been to as an adult. Thank you guys for everything.
