Really nice office with super nice staff.
The dental experience itself is fine. Everybody is friendly and kind, but I do always feel like I’m getting the runaround by a used car salesman when it comes to the fees we’re being charged and their inability to file dental insurance claims. They also seem to be more expensive than other dental offices in the general area. I miss the days of the mom and pop dental office that have now all gone corporate.
I haven't a great experience with the office manager here. Called today and asking about credits that I've received and the phone qas hung up. I tried calling back and no one answered. 😔
I think they’re knowledgeable and pleasant group of people. Their problem lies within the private insurance processor that works for them. They are not doing their job well enough to keep the patient feeling good. If it wasn’t for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I don’t think I would be a patient any longer. . Hopefully, They can get their Insurance contractor to do a better job
My daughter went to this office to have some dental work done. There was an extraction and an implant and they quoted $3,517 for the w2ork. She did not have the available funds so she called and asked me if I could help her out. I said sure so I gave them my credit card number and they charged my card the full amount of $3,517. I believe they performed the extraction that day, April 10 2025. They told her to come back the next day for the implant.
