Best Dentist and dental experience I have ever had. I’ve started getting treatment in April of this year and I have nothing but great things to say. Best quotes for the services in comparison to others in my network. Great customer service, super accommodating, effective communication, 10 out of 10. Late night call center for emergency appointments. The only thing I wish they had is an in-house endodontist.
Your survey comments I had an excellent experience. It was my first time there and I was very impressed with the receptionist and office manager as well as the dental assistant Selene (sp?) and hygienist Ruby and especially Dr Williams. Everyone was very friendly and professional and thorough. They explained everything. Everyone was very nice! A wonderful experience (don’t know that I’ve said that about a dental visit before at other places).
As a new patient I went here for a cleaning and left 3.5 hours later after they added on some fillings. I was told several times by staff members I was the last patient of the day and they were excited to go home. It was the fastest and most painful cleaning where I was visibly squirming and wincing and all the hygienist said was that I needed to floss more.
