I had Osseous Surgery in March and paid $5011.00 out of pocket. Eight months later, I received a bill for $1200 additional. My insurance told me that the office sent them information indicating the procedure was not medically necessary. It took two weeks for the office to follow up with me after leaving three voicemails and talking to someone who didn't know the answers to my questions.
