I did Not have a great experience with the front of office or the dentist himself.
Needed a new dentist after recently moving, but I also needed a deep cleaning. They were incredibly kind to me. I have a lot of anxiety/fear when it comes to the dentist. They were great at walking me through what they were doing and did amazing at keeping me calm! Glad to have established myself here.
Horrible experience. Lost one of my crowns and simply needed it put back in. First visit X-rays then the dentist left me sitting in the chair for literally 30 minutes without even coming in to give an update. Got sick of waiting, walked out to reception to find 5 people surrounding the dentist having conversation with no regard for the waiting customer.
