Really great dentist. Lots of attention and explanation of the entire process. Highly recommend.
Dr. Walker and the rest of the team here are exceptional. I haven't had a dental appointment in a while now where the team weren't phoning it in with the upsells and working at lightning speed to get me out of the chair. The team here were thorough, gave thoughtful and informative answers to my questions and did great work overall. Healthcare is a hard industry, so when you find providers who still take pride in patient outcomes and experience, it feels like an easy choice to shout them out.
Do not trust their explanation of what services your insurance will cover. Insurance rejected the services that staff told me would be covered, costing me over $700 out of pocket, which in these times is a punch to the gut. The way they push services feels predatory and their lack of empathy was very disappointing.
Lisa was short and rude when I was providing my insurance information while talking down to me when I presented said information. If this is how new patients are treated before I even arrive, I’ll go elsewhere.
