I am grateful for the care I have received at Dentists of Alphington. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist. Dr Natasha has fixed several issues that were making me uncomfortable. For most of my life I was self conscious of my smile, but after her attention to detail with my crowns, I am able to smile with confidence :) The nurses are also very caring and professional and I always feel well looked after by the whole team. Thank you.
Stay away!! These people claim to provide tailored care and service and in my experiance that could not be further from the truth. Had to remove a tooth and despite continued reports that I had a problem and bone parts appearing I was ignored and dismissed. No follow up from them, I called and was told everything was ok despite bone fragments still comming out of gums. Months later I have found that there is no longer bone left and I am losing another tooth and still no response from them, no call, nothing, I did however get... read more
Very professional staff, incredibly patient and welcoming. I typically go a few mins early just to take in the ambiance. So far each of my visits have been painless and worthwhile
