I've had work done there and took my son over the years- previous dentists weren't nice nor good at their job, absolutely love the new dentist but the receptionist(s) sound very rude & are unaccommodating. I received a reminder SMS for biyearly check up and clean, yet they can't book it in for 3 months, why the marketing then?? Such a shame I will have to find another dentist :(
Dentist Darshini pressured me to get xrays without telling me charges. And she knew I was only visiting Perth as a student for a month. I went in only for a clean.
