Very briefly: Pulled into business parking lot. Improperly installed curb damaged car. Adjuster came took pix, additional pix with fine detail sent, claim denied with the explanation that "it couldnt have happened the way you said". Request for the claim to be reviewed with additional pictures... also DENIED. Typical insurance company... quick to take your money while finding any excuse not to pay a claim, even when its blatantly obvious what happened.
