Extremely disappointed and let down. I am a very long term patient who has been happy with the practice, until now. I came in for an emergency procedure but unfortunately had ongoing problems. I had to return for a second and third time to get the pain under control. Along the way there were numerous issues which I was very unhappy about. Tim is an amazing dentist and a very good listener. Most dentist want to do too much work. When you talk to Tim and ask about treatments he suggested suggestions and options in for your teeth care. With out overdoing the budget. What a nice person he is. Besides, being an excellent dentist.
Who can say a visit to the dentist can be enjoyable? I certainly can. Dr. Phillips professionalism is always exemplary, she gives detailed information, answers my questions and makes short and long term plans for my treatment.
Dr Will was amazing. My 4yr old son had a fall and shattered tooth. Dr Will worked so calmly and meticulously and my son did not even cry. He accommodated us due to our emergency , was so kind of him to see us without a prior appointment. Definitely recommend
The dentists are excellent and I recommend Will Pye whom I see regularly. I have been told that they are more expensive than others in the area. Not sure if this is so as haven't checked. But can highly recommend them to anyone who wants their teeth well looked after as have been very happy with everything I have had done.
