They wouldn’t let me even schedule my appointment cause i was in pain and i told them so they expected me to act all giggles and happy im in pain from a crown that chipped off and they just said we can’t reschedule you your rude well i said i was in pain and irrated at miami smiles discrimination on adult sooner care when they take childs and i was a previous patient now i have to go somewhere else can they not sympathize with a patient when they say theyre in pain

I was in the waiting room while my son had an appointment. The staff were gossiping about patients in front of everyone. They were whispering, but loud enough for everyone to hear. When my son came out he was so angry. He said the dentist (Dr Bird), was very condescending to him and didn’t give him any options but pulling almost all his teeth. First you walk into the first office ladies talking about someone calling that they can’t understand and then saying this lady is faking an accent. Then you will go back to a Dentist Who says that you have an attitude for being scared. Do not recommend rude and borrderline racist.
