The entire team is great they work with you on any treatment you need. Lisa makes sure I could get my mouth back healthy and also helped me understand my insurance. Thank you to the team and Dr Hoffman.
Let me preface with this dentist is a franchise office and I understand they have sales pitches and supplemental services that are not standard dental services... But they are gouging/scamming people. I was told they accept my insurance but then quote me at $3k out of pocket... They also told me I needed 4 fillings and a deep clean.... They even offered to complete all my services same day. Which I find odd considering I would have left the office with a completely numb mouth... in my experience they do deep cleanings/fillin... read more
They want to charge you for a deep cleaning and refused to do a regular one, I’ll be filing a complaint
