So glad i took my 2.5yr old daughter to get a second opinion. She almost had 8 crowns and multiple other fillings that she didn't need. (She actually only needs 3 fillings in the front.) This place wanted 5,680 to completely ruin my daughters smile. I felt pressed the entire time, he didn't even get a good look in her mouth. The whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth right from the 1st phone call. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I felt almost scammed and like it was all about money. Sarnia location.
My son recently had dental surgery here. The doctor seemed good in how he interacts with children, however speaks so quickly it doesn’t leave time for parents to really ask questions. The extremely quick pace makes parents consent to procedures without fully understanding. Honestly, after our consultation, it felt like whiplash due to how fast paced everything was. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE THEY ALL FELL OFF AND HE DID NOT REMOVE THE DECAY OF THE TOOTH AND DO IT PROPERLY ILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER Brought my sons here made up every excuse possible one of the fillings fell out because its under 2 years insurance wont cover it spent 6000 on each child for their teeth our dentist states this man should reimburse the amount for the filling replacement as his fell out our dentist stated it was a bad filling and wasnt done right and since our son went under there was absolutely no reason for the f... read more
Work fell apart and insurance wouldn't pay my new dentist because he just had work done here and when I asked for compensation of 200 after I paid a $6000 bill the doctor gave me the run around and made excuses and refused any acknowledgement of his wrong doing.
