While we were very pleased with our original service provided for my son (with special needs who requires general anesthesia for any dental work), I am gravely disappointed by the administrative treatment we have since received. I am writing this so that Dr. Eickmeier is aware of the full situation and why we are left to hopefully seek care elsewhere. I'm not sure why the stars are so low but they did amazing we were so nervous and full of tears everything was explained to us very thoroughly they were very sweet and kind to us and our son their bedside manner is wonderful some of the reviews talk about finances I don't think anyone realizes that they are only estimates which can go up or down depending on the situation and if anything new arises or is discovered first time we ever had to have our 3 year old do dental work with sedation we were absolutely scared they were ... read more
I have had many procedures done here and Dr Eickmeier is so awesome , thoughtful and explains everything he will be doing!! The staff makes u feel very comfortable ! I have a bad knee and they always make sure I'm warm.and comfortable before my procedure! This is a great place to go ! Very caring Dr and staff ! Thanks for everything!!
