I had a very disappointing appointment and post-visit experience with this dental office. Due to negligence from the front office team, my insurance coverage was wasted, yet I was still asked to pay upfront—something that technically should not have happened at all. I only agreed to pay the $261 charge because a staff member (Amy) made me believe that the amount could be refunded once I spoke with my insurance.
