Traveling and just picked dentist from phone book. What blessed luck!!!! Dr Ivers, the Reception Staff and ALL Assistants, and Ms Lisa were exceptional. What impressed me most was their “human-ness” the warmth and caring to connect with a client and not just robot-process. Every contributed to my comfort and worked around my erratic travel schedule. Today the Dental Assistant was yanking on my top right molar repeatedly with a tool to remove the temporary crown they placed, only the crown was on my bottom left molar..... Can't make this stuff up.
