This is the best dentist out there! I used to be very scared and nervous about going to the dentist, but they were so patient, understanding, and respectful of how I felt. Now I have no issues going at all. The hygienist is especially amazing — she stays with me, talks with me, and helps keep me relaxed and calm during my visits. The entire staff is always so kind and welcoming. Another visit done with no issues at all. Highly recommend!
So I will be honest about this I absolutely have had the worst experience at the dentist over the years and just recently at monarch dentistry I decided to call parkdale dentist and went for an appointment and I’m gonna be honest the staff there were unbelievable no judgments as I’m embarrassed about my my teeth they made me feel so welcome now as for the dentist she was the most caring dentist I’ve ever seen she actually talked to me and explained a bunch of options I could do to help me until I can afford to have my teeth ... read more
Awesome experience actually. Almost wish I needed more work done. Dr. Ho and her crew run the office like a well oiled machine.
First appointment here exceeded expectations! They were so great with my four year old son
