While the dentist and staff are not bad per say but they definitely waste client time and overuse insurance. Very first visit had the polish broken into two appointments in order to use both allotted visits covered by insurance. (And yes they checked it would be covered before even telling us as we can see what goes through the insurance company instantaneously through the app!) If you’re looking for a dentist, Dr. Berthiaume is the one to see! Her staff included was amazing and attentive to my son’s needs.
