I called this place to reschedule an appointment the lady starts laughing at me because this is my second time rescheduling first of all u need to be professional and second of all it isn’t my fault that my benefits/insurance are frozen I only got the call last night and I couldn’t call the place immediately because it was too late. I explained all of that to her and she said I would have to pay a $50 fee for each person which in my case was two so I now have to pay $100 Because my insurance is frozen right now. This was my first ever visit to a dentist and the staff was so friendly yet professional with their work. The lady at the reception is too kind and will go beyond your expectations to provide you with great services and she is really helping. The doctor is amazing. He gave me the best advice for my problem. And when I went there to get my tooth extraction done, I didn’t feel any pain. The nurses are also kind and helpful. This was my first good experience in Canada in terms of health care.
