I called this place to reschedule an appointment the lady starts laughing at me because this is my second time rescheduling first of all u need to be professional and second of all it isn’t my fault that my benefits/insurance are frozen I only got the call last night and I couldn’t call the place immediately because it was too late. I explained all of that to her and she said I would have to pay a $50 fee for each person which in my case was two so I now have to pay $100 Because my insurance is frozen right now.
