If I have to give zero I would. Unfortunately since Dr Chan retired and left the dentistry, took over by someone unknown, they are very unprofessional, scary, rude and no communication skill. Sad sad sad, they are basically playing games with our generous insurance plan. They are into money, but as of today we have decided that my self, my extended family, and my community to seek for other options in finding professional dentist across the GTA. I have been a patient of Dr. Chau's for 34 years. Not only is he an outstanding dentist....he is also an exceptional human. He never upsells or does work that is unnecessary. He truly does listen to his patients. He is an extremely kind and caring guy. You are truly blessed if he is your dentist.
Referred someone, and was a very difficult process to ask and receive referral gift card. Finally received a call a few weeks after visit telling me the card is ready for pickup at any time. I visit, wait 15 minutes for them to tell me there is no gift card for me. Sloppy referral process. If you refer, don’t expect a gift card.
EXTREMELY unprofessional staff, always overbooked. Even if you have an appointment it’s still considered first come first serve? I’ve had to wait 2 hours for 15 minute braces appointments (MULTIPLE TIMES).
