I just came in to get my permanent wire replaced from the same clinic that gave me braces. The hygienist couldn’t see where the break was in the wire and tried to convince me it wasn’t broken. I had to show with her with floss that the wire was broken. When I showed her, she said they will charge me and I told her that is not true, because if it ever broke they would fix it for me as part of being their patient. Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. Chen is incredibly professional, thorough, and takes his time without rushing. He’s also very accommodating, making each visit comfortable.
