Had a really smooth visit. Karen always takes great care of my gums during cleanings completely painless and no soreness after. Dr. Zara did an awesome job managing my root sensitivity, and Christine made handling the insurance and payment totally stress free.
I loved the way Karen did my cleaning she was gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience very comfortable. I also had a root remnant under my denture extracted by Dr. Zara. The procedure was incredibly quick, and the numbing was completely pain free. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I received.
I feel so welcome and well taken care of with Christine, Laurie, Dr. Alin, and everyone else including the excellent cleanings with the hygienists. I’ve never had such personalized service before - I’ve been encouraged to call anytime with questions or concerns. Otherwise Christine will check in with you, just to make sure there are no problems. We are at an independent daycare, and I recommended Dr. Zara because of her patience, compassion, and the respect she shows toward elderly patients, especially at such a young age. I told her that it is clear how much she loves her profession and genuinely cares about her patients. My friend is also very happy with the excellent fillings she received and the quality of care provided.
