Very nice staff from entering the building to the Dental hygienist to meeting the Dentist himself. AA+++.
Very disappointing experience. This office required a $25 deposit per appointment upfront, which I was told would be refunded after the visit. Unlike other medical or dental practices, they required this upfront deposit and delayed the refund, citing insurance reimbursement as a condition that was not disclosed in advance. I eventually received the refund about three weeks later after follow-ups. Sharing this so others are aware of the upfront deposit requirement and refund delay. This is not written on the policy.
