Excellent dentist. Friendly and competent. Good chemistry between the staff. From check in to the end of appointment, positive experience. I felt very comfortable.
I went to see Dr. Im for daily pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and jaw. The pain was interrupting my sleep and day-to-day activities. Since wearing the orthotic, my symptoms have improved and I am getting great sleep. I also suffered from a consistently plugged left ear and the treatment has helped with that as well! The treatment has definitely improved my overall well-being and I recommend Dr Im to anyone who is experiencing TMJ or sleep issues.
All I can say is wow! I am now retired and this is the first dentist to advise me about the misalignment of my jaw. He was able to show me how it was casing muscle strain and headaches. He did a simple procedure and created an orthotic that will cure my headaches. I was very impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner.
