The fastest, most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had.
Normally I am really pleased with the staff and dentist at this location but today (9/24) I experienced a situation that didn’t sit right with me. I work a job where I am always traveling so my time in town is limited and tightly controlled because I have to cram all my appointments within a week. The staff is normally very friendly and supportive but today, I felt under valued and dismissed. I mistaken my time for my appointment. I thought it was at 12:45 but it was at noon. We all dread going to the dentist but the staff and Doctors at the Avalon office were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and explained all the procedures and options in detail. Thank you so much!
Amazing Drs as well as the rest of the dental staff. The front desk previously had the most professional and friendly staff. However that has changed, Leann and the rest of the girls are gone and were replaced by a new front desk young lady who barely greets you when you walk in. Front Desk is the Gate keeper of our friendly Doctors so we may need to find someone as welcoming and friendly as as the old crew.
