Thanking Dr. Jusu for his excellent service. He completed my 6 month exam and I asked his opinion about my thought of having an implant or other option for a broken tooth. I’ve been on meds for osteoporosis which may be a risk for the implant. He suggested a much better option to save my tooth which made me very happy. The dental techs are pretty good, but man the hard sell on the cosmetic procedures make this place feel like a used car lot. Can we go easy on the mouth guard/cancer screening/snake oil sales?

UPDATE: I received a personal call from Dr. Chapkis whom expressed genuine concern about what I had experienced at my last visit. It meant so much to me that he took the time to reach out! I made another appointment and Dr. Chapkis adjusted my crown. Thank you to Dr. Chapkis and the entire staff for such great care! Everyone is super nice! I was a little concerned that they had no record of the crown I got two weeks ago when I first arrived to have it adjusted.
