I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices of this dental office. They held onto charges for over three (3) years and then suddenly surprised me with a bill close to $400, with no prior itemized statements ever provided. Until that moment, I had no idea there was an outstanding balance. When I called to get clarification, I was told the office had been “fighting claims” with my insurance — yet no EOBs were ever sent to me, and shockingly, they admitted they do not even have the EOBs on file and now need addition... read more
Switched from other local dentist. The providers are kind, professional and efficient. Valerie is a rockstar she’s easy to talk to and very sweet. She is a professional, shes organized, informative regarding insurance, they have made it easy you can txt pictures of insurance etc. Friendly reminders are ultra helpful a nice communications touch.
