In the past I have encountered challenges with several extractions due to twisted and embedded roots. Dr Patel listened carefully and respectfully to my concerns and proposed a course of action that was reasonable and reassuring. This I greatly appreciated.
The staff are always good at Dentistry @ Kemptville. They take there time and they are always gentle. Update: Allison is awesome. 2nd Update: Over the past 2 sessions I've been with Krista and Alison. Both are still awesome. 3rd Update: Allison is still awesome. 4th Update: Allison was on vacation, so I was with someone I didn't have before. Staff are amazing , service is exceptional, great dental care.
Very personable, easy to accommodate for appointments, very friendly. Front door staff make you feel very welcomed and Over all I always have great experience. You are made to feel at ease when you sit in the dental chair. Vik and Annie have been fantastic through my process of partial dentures. Thank you everyone for your care
