Great Experience, Staff is very professional
i had a very positive experience with the entire team today! the receptionist was kind and knowledgeable about the payment process when going through insurance. Dalbir did a very thorough job with the cleaning, she was quick, professional, and polite. Dr. Sid kindly checked in throughout the process and gave good insights into my dental health and next steps. checking-in as a new patient, x-rays, cleaning, and check-up from the doctor took just over one hour altogether and i was able to book a follow up appointment soon afte... read more
Dr Roopali Sharma ,Dalbir and Dr Avni did very good job for cleaning and dental cavity filling. Whole process from reception to actual procedure to next appointment is smooth and staff is so humble and cooperative!!
The dental assistant did way too many x-rays (13), and the dentist was pushing so hard and going so fast that she drilled half of my teeth off on 2/3 fillings. I wonder if they were trying to help me "or not"
My experience at Dentistry in Springdale was amazing!! The staff is great, the services are top-notch, and I have no complaints what so ever. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of dental services.
