Good luck if your child needs a procedure at the hospital done . They scheduled my newly 5 year old for a procedure we were told our arrival time was 11 am been waiting an hour and 30 min we finally asked and told he wouldn’t be brought to the prep till 1:20 and procedure to start at 2:20 I would say try your hardest to have your littles done in office so they don’t have to suffer my young child has had to wait since midnight the night before to eat and still hasn’t been taken for his procedure I could see if he was older bu... read more
I have heard so many wonderful things about this office but the last two time I have gone it has been TERRIBLE!!! I honestly can’t believe it. The staff are so rude and have no personality. They are not welcoming at all. The dental assistant wasn’t really all that patient with my son. I understand it’s a dental office for kids but if you aren’t too great with them maybe don’t work with the directly. I hope I can switch to the other office and if not I will never be back!!
