After going to this practice for years, They lied multiple times. I asked while at the office and over the phone 3 times, could I be in the room with my daughter when she had her filling treatment and they repeatedly said yes. After the 45 min drive and 20 min wait they tell me I can't be in the room with my daughter. They said the 3 times I talked to someone over the phone I was talking to the call center, not the actual office and the call center doesn't know the correct procedures we do in our office.
