We had an amazing experience here. Staff, all of them are highly qualified and you child is going to receive the best care. We are fortunate to have such a power house of expertise here in Sudbury. From entry to exit my child was handled with compassion and care, and I left with the knowledge required for home care. Thank you always Dr. Hanson and team!
ZERO customer service. The work they do needs to be redone. There is no communication at all. They even increased our bill. Cant stand them and I cannot wait to never have to deal with them again. Avoid.
Lady Jamie or jannie was absolutely rude and arrogant and hung up on us all cause we couldn't make the appointment cause a child was sick.and wanted to reschedule.
UPDATE: PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS IT IS A LAST RESORT. SCAM!! They claimed our child had TEN LARGE CAVITIES that would need to be fixed. We have since seen 2 other dentists who have done x-rays trying to find these "large" cavities... except that no one else can find them because they don't exist. Our dentist verified with the size they were alleging these cavities were, there would be no issue finding them. Dr Hanson and his entire team are excellent, every member of staff went out of their way to make us and our child feel comfortable and at ease and walked us through everything. Special mention to the anesthesiologist however, she was exceptionally kind and had my child smiling right up until the moment of her procedure.
