Felt forgotten and then rushed. Doctor was great though!
So I was not satisfied today. The appointment was for 8, but they accepted me 25 minutes before 9. We signed up for treatment and they only wanted to do a cleaning. Thank you to the doctor who treated the cavity.
The office staff is amazing!! Most of the dentists are amazing. I drive 30 minutes further than I need to, to go to the Howell office because I like that specific location. But there’s one specific dentist that does not do all the scheduled procedures that were predetermined by another dentist. She picks and chooses the procedures instead of doing the whole previous treatment plan scheduled. Which then makes you come back multiple times.
