What a wonderful experience! Such a friendly and smiling office not to mention super cute and colorful! My kids 3 and 4 years old loved it and everyone was so good with them. It was their first experience and dr Hines was super patient and make them comfortable. Loved our experience will be back!
Today I experienced horrible patient care from a woman in the office who did not say her name, she seemed to be the Doctor's assistant. My 7 year old, broke her child molar in half (a problem tooth), and I made appointment to get it looked at. She basically in a nutshell, turned my daughter away because of her "behavior". Extremely disappointed. My appointment was CONFIRMED the day prior. I arrive with my 4 year old and the office was closed. Had to call the other location to find out what was going on. Finally after an hour of them trying to figure out why no one was there we were told that the office was CLOSED on that day. WHY WOULD YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND CONFIRM THAT APPOINTMENT ON A DAY WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. Completely inconsiderate. Never even received a call back.
