I have been seeing Dr. Cho for almost three decades, and his professionalism and quality of care have been exceptional throughout. I always feel comfortable during my visits, and he consistently takes the time to address any questions or concerns. Worst experience ever. Unprofessional dentist, unnecessary treatment and very high charges. Do not recommend to anyone! Big No! The only star is that Front desk is nice.
Very pleasant experience as long as you keep up the appointment and if you are late by ~10 minutes expect $100 for late show. Update to the owner response #1: My daughter missed her first appointment due to covid+ antigen result but the notice was given less than 24 hrs and the clinic accepted our request to reschedule to a different date. The late show fee was enforced upon us because my wife and daughter showed 10 mins late to 9am appointment on the next rescheduled appointment.
