Today my son (7) had a scheduled appointment, for which with drove over an hour to get to. This office had PLENTY of information that my son was autistic. When we scheduled the appointment was asked about his autism and if he would be comfortable going alone to the back. It was verified that he WOULD NOT be. Horrible will not let them work on my dog much less my child the dentist was great the dental assistant 3 of them held my child down didn't even give her a chance she had never had a bad dentist visit until this the have scared my child

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this office. My five-year-old son has significant anxiety in medical settings, and instead of being met with patience or understanding, he was labeled as “ridiculous” by staff. That comment was inappropriate and unprofessional, especially toward a young child who was clearly overwhelmed. My son has multiple cavities that require treatment.
