We used this place for 15+ years and absolutely LOVED Dr Santoro. With the changes to the new doctor…not happy. I haven’t even seen her, she never came to see me as a parent. My kids stated they don’t like her, though. My 16 year old was turned away for being ‘too old’ and now I find out this new doctor is not even in the network with my insurance. All the staff though gets 5 stars for me. Too bad I had to give two starts because this new doctor who can’t fill one of Dr Santoro’s shoes

All the office staff did great with my 2 boys. They gave me better results than Garden City dental and that’s facts !!! Me & My Husband were also allowed back in each room with our boys.
My kids have been going here for years and we love it. With the change to new dentist in the office we still like it. They always handle the kids with care and my kids have never developed a fear of the dentist. They do lose a star due to their limited hours, but these days I feel that is happening at most places not just dentist and doctor offices.
